Skills Development
Our in-house Training Centre ensures that all our employees receive fully accredited training to enhance their technical know-how and their ability to perform, thereby increasing productivity and ensuring Improvair Environmental Solutions competitiveness in the HVAC industry, both locally and internationally.
Furthermore, our Training Centre will soon be open to non-employees who have an interest in HVAC and aim to become qualified. In this way, we are addressing the ever-growing need for skilled technicians and will ultimately uplift the standard of the industry as a whole. All sub-contractors that wish to work for us must first have their staff accredited by our Training Centre. All training conforms to the National Qualification Frame Work (NQF). We are also MerSETA recognised.
